Who we are
Rebookly is run by Garry Lee, based in the UK. Contact hello.glowos@gmail.com for anything on this page, including asking what we hold about you or asking for it to be deleted.
What we collect on this site
The free analysis form: your name, salon name, email, which booking system you use, and anything you choose to add. Sent straight to our inbox by our form provider (FormSubmit), which also sends you an automatic confirmation email.
If you go ahead with the analysis: a booking export you send us. We only need dates, services and prices, not client names, emails or phone numbers, and our guide walks you through removing those first.
Basic site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't track you individually. It just tells us roughly how many people visit and which pages.
What we don't do
We never send your booking data to ChatGPT, Claude or any AI service. It's read by our own ordinary software. AI helps us build the tool, it never sees your data.
We never sell or share your data with third parties, and we never contact your clients.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
We never ask for payment details on this site, this is a free analysis with no card required.
How long we keep it
Booking exports are deleted within 7 days of sending your analysis back. Enquiry form details are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you, and deleted on request at any time.
Third-party services we use
FormSubmit delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. Cloudflare hosts this site and provides analytics. If you choose to send a file via Tresorit Send instead of email, that transfer is covered by Tresorit's own privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time, just email hello.glowos@gmail.com. We'll sort it promptly.
