Who we are
Rebookly is run by Garry Lee, based in the UK. Contact hello.glowos@gmail.com for anything on this page, including asking what we hold about you or asking for it to be deleted.
What we collect on this site
The six number snapshot form: your name, salon name, email, which booking system you use, and anything you choose to add. Sent straight to our inbox by our form provider (FormSubmit), which also sends you an automatic confirmation email.
If you go ahead with the analysis: six business totals you send us: 30 day takings, appointments completed, cancellations, no shows, your business type and your booking system. We do not ask for, and will not accept, client names, emails, phone numbers or appointment records.
Basic site analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and doesn't track you individually. It just tells us roughly how many people visit and which pages.
What we don't do
We never put your figures, your business name alongside them, or your report into ChatGPT, Claude or any AI service. It's read by our own ordinary software. AI helps us build the templates and improve the method, it never sees your data.
We never sell or share your data with third parties, and we never contact your clients.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
The six number snapshot is free and takes no card details. The 30 Day Sprint is a single £99 payment through Stripe, which handles the card, not us.
How long we keep it
We no longer ask for or accept booking exports. The business totals you send are kept only as long as needed to prepare your snapshot and any 30 day comparison, and are deleted on request at any time.
Third-party services we use
FormSubmit delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. Cloudflare hosts this site and provides analytics. If you choose to send a file via Tresorit Send instead of email, that transfer is covered by Tresorit's own privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time, just email hello.glowos@gmail.com. We'll sort it promptly.
