Sending your bookings, safely

A two-minute, private way to share your booking export so we can prepare your free analysis. You stay in control the whole way.

1

Export your bookings

In your booking system, export your appointment list as a spreadsheet (CSV). In Fresha: Reports → Appointments → Export. Other systems have a similar "export" option.

2

Remove your clients' names (recommended)

Open the file and delete the columns with client names, emails and phone numbers. We don't need them, the analysis only uses dates, services and prices. Your export still tags each visit with the anonymous client reference your system uses, and that is all Rebookly needs to see who is due back or has drifted off, without ever seeing a name. No personal client data ever leaves your salon.

3

Pop it in a password-protected ZIP (optional)

For an extra layer, put the file in a password-protected ZIP and pick any password (a free tool like 7-Zip on Windows or Keka on Mac does this). With the client names already removed there's no personal data in the file, so this step is optional, only if you'd like it.

4

Email it to us

Send the file to hello.glowos@gmail.com (or simply reply to our email). If you password-protected it, send the password in a separate email. We'll do the rest and send your free analysis straight back.

Prefer a secure link to email? Upload your file to Tresorit Send, free, end-to-end encrypted and no sign-up, and email us the link instead. Whatever you're comfortable with.
